Privacy Policy (English)

www.hamitbach.org and its internal finance system are operated by the nonprofit Bikvot Mashiach, which runs Hamitbach – Cooking for Soldiers and Chabad of New Katamon, Jerusalem.

Google Drive access. The finance system requests access only to the Google Drive account of the organisation's administrator. It uses that access for one purpose: to save receipts and invoices that arrive in the organisation's mailbox into the organisation's receipts folder, and to read them from there for bookkeeping. It does not read, change or delete other files, and it does not share, sell or use the data for advertising.

The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Other data. Donor and contact details you give us are used to process donations, issue receipts and reply to you. We do not sell or share personal data, except with service providers the organisation uses to operate (payment processing, banking, storage, and Mailchimp for the updates list), and only as needed.

Email updates. If you sign up on the site for updates from Hamitbach, we keep your email address, your first name if you gave it, and when you agreed. The list is managed in the email service Mailchimp. You confirm the sign-up by email before anything is sent, and every update has an unsubscribe link.

Your rights. You may ask to see, correct or delete your data, subject to the record-keeping duties of a nonprofit. The administrator can revoke Drive access at any time in Google account settings.
